Vaccination Dates!

Got an email yesterday from my superintendent with the dates for our staff vaccinations! They are February 19th and then March 12th. I thought, originally, we were getting the Moderna vaccine but I guess it's the Pfizer one. Whatever...works for me...sign me up! Thankfully, they were smart in scheduling them for Fridays and we'll be remote as well. Bam! So excited!

Yesterday was a lovely day off. I was actually quite busy. I ended up heading out to Costco since I had the time and I got all our major staples (TP - not stockpiling; legitimately needed - pork chops, dog food, and so on). I walked the dogs although I didn't go too far (under 2 miles) because the slush and snow is just too cold on their sweet paws. They were so happy to get out and about though and didn't seem to mind that it wasn't their usual long walk. We'll try again today but there's still snow on the ground so who knows.

Speaking of cold, this weekend is going to get bitter cold - into the negatives. Brrr! Also, more snow which is fine with me.

Jim didn't end up going to his dermatologists appointment yesterday. He had a fever Sunday evening and thought it best to reschedule for Friday. Not sure why he had a fever but now he's obsessed with checking his temp. It's kind of annoying but I try not to give him shit. I mean, who knows with his health.

I got up to pee last night around midnight and saw there was another blanket of snow on the ground and I was hoping for a delay today but alas, I wasn't that lucky. The roads are apparently fine...lets hope.

And that's about all I've got. Time to get a move on and get to school. Can't complain about an unexpected short week so I won't! Happy Tuesday! Stay safe and healthy! Later!
