I ran errands after school yesterday and managed to purchase a few more Christmas gifts which means I'm nearly done. I have only a couple things left and I believe I'll be getting gift cards which is easy and can be done at Kroger. I need to really do some quilting when I get home today (almost feel like taking a sick day to work on it for a whole solid day. I'm contemplating this for tomorrow. It would be the easiest day to do since it would be early release and I'll have started my exam review in Government and the kids in LA will have a quiz and their reading comprehensions - seat work. I'll have to seriously look at my day for tomorrow. I also need to go BACK to Jo-Ann Fabric because the backing I got to go with Susan's quilt doesn't quite match. I did like the color a lot, however, and will use that for another quilt I have planned. I think I'll just get a nice, light, neutral beige for her backing.
In other news...um...nothing. I've got nothing. Nothing exciting is happening. Oh, here's a funny: Eva's latest piece of information she's been trying to figure out is planets. She'll ask, "What planet do you live on?" Answer (in most cases): Earth. So yesterday, Maggie told me Eva asked what planet Muwee lives on. Maggie's answer: Mars. Then Eva said, "What planet to I live on?" Maggie told her Earth and Eva said, "Just like J.J." Way to go Maggie. Way to confuse your daughter. Now she's going to go to school and say that her Muwee lives on Mars.
Um...what else do I have? Nothing. Really. So, I guess I'll wrap it up and head upstairs to finish getting ready. Happy Tuesday. Later!
