$3.90

Jim's been working in Dayton for the last week at least and so has been getting a "travel expense" on his paycheck. For 5 days of travel at $3.90 he was reimbursed $19.90. I mean ridiculous.

Yesterday was a stressful day for a lot of reasons and so when I got home from work, I worked out like a maniac. I rode my bike, then did some ab work then did the elliptical and then walked Scout. As a result, I nearly fell asleep at dinner and was in bed by 7:30. However, I managed to stay awake and watch the latest episode of the Great British Bake Off SU2C (stand up to cancer). The great thing about that is it's a British show that they don't air on Netflix (like they do the regular series) but I found a website that's showing it. WOOT! It's made me so happy these last few weeks. Most of the celebrities they've had on I haven't been familiar with except for Daisy Ridley and James McAvoy. There's only one more episode left (next week) so I'll mourn it's loss but no need to think about that now.

In Richard news: He's hanging on. He's off sedation but still intubated. They tried to take out his ET  yesterday and though they say he was breathing on his own, they weren't satisfied and so reinserted it and will try again today. His limbs have movement but they won't know about his speech until the tube is out. The MRI they did showed that his clot is clear. He's on a feeding tube. Mom went to see him yesterday and just talked to him about what she's been up to and she said he squeezed her hand and seemed to know her and respond to her talking. I don't know what the prognosis is here so will keep you all updated as I hear it.

Not much else is happening here. I'm making burritos for dinner tonight...haven't made those in a long time...yummy and easy.

School is school. As with the end of the year, it seems people are getting extra testy and picky...like the administration which is annoying but the nature of the beast. I will say that it seems my admins seem to really like picking on the women in our school.

Okay well, I'd best mosey. Just started pouring rain but should be out of here for most of the day. We'll get possible storms tonight but at least the weather will still be warm. Happy Wednesday...half way there...stay safe...Later!
