Dumpster Fire

If I can get through today, and that should be pretty easy, Wednesday and Thursday should be a breeze (if the VP putting together all the detes for testing gets his shit together). Today all my classes have independent desk work so I won't have to do much, which will give me time to finish up the paperwork from my meeting yesterday and finish up the IEP I have on the 27th.

As for my VP who is getting all the testing shit in line, it was a cluster fuck yesterday. I think before 7:15 yesterday I'd sent him 4 emails with errors I'd found. Not to mention he forgot to schedule the whole resource Biology class for testing. I mean, how hard is it? Pretty hard and I certainly wouldn't want the job. There are over 2300 tests being given over the testing and having organize all that must be a bear!

Yesterday was rough going for me. I was dragging badly but I managed to get through my day. However, I wasn't feeling it enough to cook so last night Jim and I went out to dinner. I chose Paxton's and it was delicious. It'd been a while since I'd been there. We were home by 7:00 and I went straight up to bed where I proceeded to crush some candy and peruse IG. I closed my eyes around 8:30 and slept pretty well. I did have a lot of weird dreams, one of which had me at St. Ursula, proctoring tests (go figure) and getting lost in the renovated building. In my dream, people kept coming into my testing room that weren't supposed to be there and they wouldn't leave. I finally had enough and yelled out, "You, and you, and you! Get the fuck out!" And then I lost my shoe. Weird. I'll have to look up what it means to lose your shoe in a dream.

Okay, I just looked it up. Here's what the good old internet says: "Dreaming of losing shoes often symbolizes a loss of direction, stability, or confidence in waking life, reflecting vulnerability or insecurity about your life path, career, or relationships. It can represent feelings of being unprepared, facing obstacles in your progress, or experiencing significant life transitions and anxiety." Sounds about right. (Not really)

Today is the day that the spa will get it's pads replaced. They better stay put this time.

Dinner tonight will be Pacific Rim Chicken burgers with tomato mozzarella salad. That'll probably be enough without any fries or such. It's a nice day to grill so I'm excited about that.

Okay, best get a move on. Happy Tuesday! Later!
