Later Start

Sorry about the later post today (BTW - I posted last evening in case you missed it!) I had a parent email I needed to deal with but here I am now. 

Scout is giving me GRIEF! He wants to go on a walk and keeps jumping up and pawing at me. Settle down little boy! 

Additionally Boo has been all over me today. While I was in a child's pose he came in and stuck his head under my head and started licking my face. That is not conducive to trying to get my yoga on! He wanted a treat. 

I have a lot on my list of things to do over the next two days so I'm not sure what I'll get to today. After I finish my exercising routine and walk the boys, I'll probably give myself a pedicure. My polish is chipping off and my feet need some attention. I also need to clean the house but I'll probably put that off until tomorrow. Currently I'm making broth for the dinner I'm fixing tonight: Butternut squash curry. I was going to make that yesterday but decided to do something easy. I need to go to Walmart at some point but I do not want to venture there with Thanksgiving a couple days away. Maybe I'll put that on hold until the weekend. 

There really isn't much more to talk about. Scout is being a turkey (wanting to go in and out and in and out and ringing the bells like a maniac) and he better watch it or I'm going to serve him up for Thanksgiving dinner! 

Oh, Maggie turned me on to a podcast: Rachel Maddow's Ultra. It's very apropos to the things this country has been dealing with these last nearly 3 years. The premise is: In the late 1930s and early 1940s, prior to the U.S. getting involved in WWII, sitting members of Congress aided and abetted a plot to overthrow the government. Insurrectionists were criminally charged with plotting to end American democracy for good. It's so interesting! 

Okay well I'd better get a move on and walk Scout before he figures out a way to jump the fence and walk himself. He's being so demanding. Happy Tuesday! Later!
