Don't you hate when you THINK you've turned the alarm off that was set for yesterday morning at 3:30 but really you didn't?! UGH! We'll blame this one on Jimmy since I'm responsible for dealing with HIS alarm because he can't figure out how it works! I did manage to go back to sleep after the alarm went off but it was after many minutes of Sami getting up and then plopping down at my side thinking I was oversleeping and it was time to get up and most importantly, time for her "pills". I love her.
In school news - I'm just about OVER the many emails and phone calls regarding my kooky autistic kid (Linguini). He isn't even scheduled to see me anymore (he goes home after 4th period and I saw him 5th and 6th) but still manages to freak out about something he thinks he's supposed to do during my study hall resulting in a phone call from his mother. I wish she would just put her foot down and say to him "NO! I'm not going to let your crazy anxiety rule!" Not going to happen...this kid runs (rules) every part of their life. Granted, I can't imagine how hard it must be having a kid who is autistic but I think you do a person NO GOOD if you don't reign in the crazy a little. Key words: Intensive therapy!
The closing for my refinancing is Wednesday after school. Woot! This means that I'll get 3 paychecks in April and have NO mortgage payment for May! YAY! This also means that I won't have to dip into savings for the carpet we're installing next week. YAY YAY! Can't wait for that to happen...can't wait for that to be over because I see a few pain in the ass days ahead. Luckily, I'll have a nice trip to PIB to ready me before hand and the knowledge that it's only a few days of inconvenience.
