- I get up and head downstairs with Sami.
- She gets a half carrot while I grap the creamer out of the fridge.
- I turn on the Keurig, get Sami a small biscuit and then she goes outside.
- While she's out, I fix and drink my lemon water, put my smoothie bag in the microwave (low for 41 seconds...I like prime numbers...I may be on the edge of crazy).
- At this point the Keurig is warmed up so I brew my cup and then put my bread in the toaster oven (not to turn on until later)
- Sami comes in and we head upstairs.
- After my shower, brushing and dressing, I head back down.
- Turn on the toaster, put all needed items in blender, give Sami her "pills" and then blend my smoothie.
- Sami goes BACK outside, toast is buttered, I get my computer, take my ibuprofen and sit to peruse the Internet, eat and post.
POST! How did I forget?! Maggie would KILL me. She sends me hate texts and email when I'm lax.
In dermatology news - all is fine. I got another cream (azelaic acid) to help treat my rosacea, especially the crazy flushing I get. This is the next step in the ladder of treatment (hoping not to take meds). I'll go back in 6 months for a check.
In other medical news - my shoulder is KILLING me! I'm not sure what to do about it because I'm afraid the only treatment for it will be surgery. I need to just buckle down and make an appointment and find out. I feel like it's just getting worse and worse and my range of motion is decreasing every day. I can't even sleep on my back anymore because my arm can't lie flat.
Am I constantly complaining about something? And then not doing anything about it? Sorry. I'll call Dr. Cha today.
Got a great email from a parent today. She's "sick" and can't make the IEP meeting I have set...a week from today. Can you say crazy, lazy and bad mother? I knew she would cancel and can't say I'm disappointed. I'll call her and conference tomorrow. Woot!
Okay well, that's all I've got. It's "Ranch" day today so I'm wearing a flannel of Jim's, jeans and my boots. That's about as "ranch" as I get. K - happy Tuesday. Oh, and the carpet will be laid on Saturday morning. YAY! After that, I think the basement is the next project (Jim and I agree that we need to get all the exercise equipment somewhere centrally located). Later!
