Piggie Problems

I'm having toe issues. I have a bunion on my left pinky toe which is annoying but that hasn't been giving me issues lately. I have a bunion corrector that I wear when it gets bad. The big issue of late has been in my right foot. My 4th toe gets this shooting sensation (it's not pain) when I step a certain way. It's like I tweak my tendon and it causes my toe to go wonky. It's weird and when I walk, I end up getting numb in that foot. I'm going to get a toe separator thingy to see if that helps. I try to make sure to wear wider walking shoes so my toes are scrunched together but nothing seems to really help. I think I just have effed up feet, which really sucks since I walk a ton. I will say that I don't get the pain or sensation when I'm on the elliptical, so that's good. I think it's just walking on the hard pavement that really messes with me. Ugh! 

Yesterday was a fairly productive day. I managed to get my taxes done and we're getting a good chunk of change back. That's certainly helpful after buying the truck and recently paying the property taxes. I hate property taxes. They just keep going up and up and up. Anyway, I did the taxes, did a little cleaning and laundry and then Jim and I met at Shooters for a quick beer. Dinner was yummy (I did a shrimp linguine) but we were both exhausted and went to bed right after dinner around 7:15 or so. Jim fell asleep right away but I read for a bit. I kept waking up last night but managed to back to sleep each time. I did wake myself up kicking (poor Scout who was at the bottom of the bed) because in my dream I had a giant spider on my leg. 

Dinner tonight will be a walnut crusted chicken, broccoli and rice. I actually don't have any walnuts so I'll use pecans but I like pecans better so there you go. I'll probably make the chicken in the air fryer...better than the oven. 

Like I mentioned yesterday it's a short week for me - only 3 days with the kids so that's exciting. Other than that, nothing exciting is happening.
