I Wonder

Thinking about Bob Saget's death and it's cause (head trauma) how hard must he had hit his head to have skull fractures but then "think nothing of it", go to bed and then die? I get that a blow to the head can cause swelling and ultimately death but skull fractures? So crazy. And sad. What did he hit his head on? Did anyone see it happen? Did he mention it to someone (his wife) when he most likely talked to her that night before bed? Did he have a headache? I have so many questions! 

I made it through the week! It's been a while since I had a full, 5-day week. In reality, it seemed to go pretty quickly though. Next week I'll be back to another 4-day week since we have Monday off, then Friday is an in-service day and the following Monday we have off for President's day. Sure is good to be a teacher sometimes. Not often I say that of late, huh?! 

Weekend plans: No real plans until Sunday. I'm sure Saturday Jimmy and I will go out and about...probably hit up Shooters. Sunday we plan on going over to Raeburn Sunday around 5:00 (get there at 5:00). We'll watch the first half there and then head home during 1/2 time. Jim has to work and personally, I don't want to be driving around after we win with all the fools on the road. It's the smart thing to do. 

Today at work: Should be a relatively easy day. I'm showing the non-musical version of Les Miserables in history (we just studied the French Revolution) and then the kids are doing a review in science and in ELA the chapter in our book is really short so I'll read that and then give them some down time. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! 

I think during my plan period I'll run to Kroger to try and get some mini bread thingys for my Hanky Pankys since my Kroger was all out. Ugh! If they don't have them I'll have to head to Meijer or Walmart...they're never out of shit. 

Oh man! I'm watching MSNBC and Jonathan Lemire and the guy he's interviewing just said, "Bengals all the way!!!" Love that! 

Dinner tonight: I'm making French bread pizzas in the air fryer tonight and I'm pretty excited about it. So is Jim. Hopefully they are as scrumptious as I think they're going to be.
