Brrr!

It's cold! Coldest temps of the season so far, I think. And in a couple days the low today is going to be the high! Additionally we're possibly going to get snow but I'll believe it when I see it. They're currently saying that the system is tracking south which means we'll only get a bit...barely shovelable. 

Yesterday was a good day mainly because I got a lot of stuff completed from my agenda. Some items are things I need to get done over the next week or so but the items that needed to be done prior to school starting back have been chickity checked off my list. The day was also good because I made it through my intermittent fasting day. I was certainly hungry by 11:00 but I made it through without too much suffering. I'll do it again tomorrow. 

Speaking of tomorrow, I have an appointment for my 6-month cleaning at the dentist. He's got to be so sick of me. 

What else? Here's something funny: Jim just said to me, "Hey, tomorrow they union is having a presentation on FB to talk about pensions. Would you want to watch it with me?" In my mind I'm think, uh, no but I said, "When?" Jim's brilliant answer was, "Tomorrow." And then he added knowing that a snide comment was about to fly out of my mouth, "In the evening." I said, "Find out what time and maybe but you can watch without me and I'm sure the information will be available after." He then said, "Well, I'll need you to show me how to get on." Me: "Well, considering you don't have a FB account, I'm guessing you're going to need to "like" the unions page or some such shit." I'm sure he'll be able to go on through my account. I just wanted to say, "Figure it out...it can't be that hard." But I didn't. 

Maggie and family get home today from Mexico. They all tested negative for Covid so are clear to return. Just in time for the cold snap. I'm not feeling too sorry for them.
