10:16

Every night I go to bed, usually turning off my iPad and snuggling up around 8:30. And every night I wake up at 10:16 to go to the bathroom. Isn't that weird?! Now, this is the time my bedside clock says but in reality it's 10 minutes fast. However, this is also the date of Maggie's birthday and that makes it even weirder! Obviously the cosmic universe wants me to call Maggie every night at 10:16 to say hello! Right!? That or my body has trained itself to pee then. Hmm...

So here's a funny: The other day when FB was down (which I had no idea about until after the fact), a ton of people posted pictures on there of the Ingalls family from Little House (at right). Well, Diane posted the one you see here with the heart around Carrie's face and tagged me because she knows how much I LOATHE Carrie. So I made a comment on the post saying, "I will kill her." And guess what? Facebook blocked my comment saying that it went against their protocol or some such bullshit. I think it's funny though because now my name is probably out there with a flag next to it. I just hope the "actresses" who played Carrie don't turn up hurt in anyway because I might be in a little hot water. 

In other news, dinner tonight will be a cobb salad. I made a bunch of chicken the other day (because it was all marinating in a bag in the freezer) so need to use the leftovers. Exciting, huh?

I didn't win the lottery which is a bunch of horseshit. Of course I didn't play it either so there's that. 

And that's all I've got. Time to finish getting ready. I have a department meeting at 7:00 with lots of reminders to the slackers I work with. Of course the one or two people who much of the info is for probably won't show. That's their M.O. If that happens, I think the meeting should get postponed until they show. And then they should be called out on the carpet for their inability to do their job. And then I think we should all throw rotten eggs at them (really just one person) and then I think maybe they should go in a dunking booth filled with sour yogurt. Yeah!
