Have you seen the show or commercials for the show: The Masked Singer? I don't understand it! Not that I've seen more than the commercials but what the heck. So there's some dressed up (like an animal) "famous" person that sings a song and the "judges" are supposed to guess who it is? Why is that worthy of my time? So weird. One of the headlines in US magazine was "The Masked Singer's Deer Is Revealed". Jesus!
No snow yet. Kids at school were all hopped up yesterday hoping for a delay today but alas, the snow isn't supposed to hit until around 7 this morning and eventually turn to rain. Oh well...at least they have Friday off.
I made a recipe last night that Maggie has been making for ages (Sausage and peppers) that was so delicious! Along with it, I made my new favorite, cauliflower rice, and I think if he could have, Jim would have licked his plate clean. So easy and simple and if you used turkey or chicken sausages, very low in points! I did not last night because I had plenty of points for the day/week so it wasn't a big deal.
I really can't think of anything else to talk about. I think I'll get ready to go since I have a 7:15 meeting this morning and I'd like to beat the rush. Tomorrow is an in-service day. I'll be at my desk all day with the exception of one session when I'll be learning about our life insurance.
