I should leave for work JUST as the rain and storms are kicking in...perfect! Seems to always happen that way. Well, at least I won't have to get gas too.
So yesterday was good...Jim's meds (the prednisone) has been reduced to 40 mg both morning and evening. YAY! We are now down by half the original dose. If we could just get his ammonia down and have it stay down. That's the thing I think is keeping him most confused and loopy. We'll see. His ankles and edema seem to be better. And of course when I just asked him how they were he said good and he's going to shower before I go so I can put his socks on. And of course he gets pissy when I tell him to crack-a-lack since I'm leaving early to catch up on work and try to beat the storms. So sick of a pissy husband. Dude! I'm just trying to let you know my plans so you don't piddle around like you do!!!
Can't wait to go to work today!
With all that, yesterday was lovely. The pups and I laid outside on the deck in the sun for about an hour together. They kept switching places with each other so they could lay with me on the lounge chair. Other than that, they were outside ALL DAY! I mean ALL DAY! No joke. They loved it. They aren't going to love it here soon for about a week. Such a tease.
Okay - well, I'd best move. Happy Wednesday...can't believe it's already Wednesday. I likey these 3-day weeks! Later!
