Bad Evening

I thought I had my sewing machine working but after about 10 minutes using, it started it's old tricks again. I will try one last time to get the correct bobbins - I got some at Joann but had to buy a slightly different type than recommended by my machine because of course they didn't carry the ones I needed. I ordered the right set from Amazon last night but of course I won't get them until Thursday. I'm getting my hairs cut after school and from their I'll run down to Walmart and see if they have the right bobbins. If all of that fails to work - I'm at a loss as to what to do and really out of time to get the quilt complete in time for Mom. She needs it by the 12th which is a week from today...ugh!

So all of that left me in a FOUL mood last night and all I wanted to do was lay on the couch and yell F&%K!!! I didn't...well in my head I did...and now I've woken up with a massive headache. I'll pop some naproxen here in a minute and hope that helps.

I mentioned I'm getting my hair cut and I can't WAIT! It is a rats nest - you can't even imagine. I brush it and it tangles up in seconds. It's nearly impossible to brush through in the shower when I condition. I'll wait to color for a month or so.

And that's all I've got. Kids are on the fence about West Side Story...they can't get on board with all the dancing but at least they're alert and watching.

Oh, and when I went to Joann's after school yesterday, I stopped at Half Price to get the next novel we'll start in a week or so and of course they didn't have one copy. DOUBLE F*&K! Man it just isn't my day/week.

K - I'm out. Here's hoping today will be a good day. But I don't hold out hope because early release is another round of the Literacy framework bullshit that's a waste of my time. UGH! Sorry about my negative Nancy attitude. Later! Oh, happy Wednesday!
