I was wearing flip flops yesterday and now there's snow on the ground. And by the way, I think that when it snows in April snow should be called snot...just like I always accidentally type it. On the plus (or plush as I first typed) side, it isn't sticking to the pavement and so we should be clear on the ride in to work (knock on wood).
Speaking of snow, my next door neighbor is in school this year until June 9th. YOWZA! I mean, those blizzard bags may have been a pain in the ass (not for me) but HELLO people! We're done on May 30th. For all the assholes that said they'd rather just take the extra three days rather than deal with blizzard bags: Eff you! You KNOW those would be the first people complaining come June 1st when we're still there.
And more news: Should I go to graduation? Here's why I'm wondering. A) I have a senior who is graduating, although he is deferring to continue at the career center. But I only have one senior. B) I'm a union rep so does that mean I should go? and C) it's really cramping my style because it's on May 24th (Memorial Day weekend) at 11AM. It's a pickle. I'll weigh it out this week.
Hmm...what else. Watched Mad Men...it was okay. Confusing with people in NY and people in CA...I'm sure it'll get good here soon.
Gone With the Wind was on last night. Loved falling asleep to that. Loved that Jim was more than willing to watch.
K - well I'd best mosey. I'm sure even though the roads are only wet, the drivers will be obnoxious. Later! Happy Tuesday!
