I had a post all typed out yesterday...pictures...videos...jokes! I was funnier than I'd been in months. MONTHS, I tell you! I mean, this was a truly amazing post! Some of you may have cried, all of you would have laughed...your emotions would have run the gamut. But, alas, my computer flaked out on me. I kept getting this stupid message about Skype! I got frustrated. I tried walking away and letting my computer catch up to all my button pushing. I brushed my teeth...came back. Nothing. I put my shoes on...came back. Nothing. I got my lunch ready...came back NOTHING! I punched my computer. Nothing. I stomped my feet and yelled...nothing! Did I curse? Yes. Did I throw a fit? Yes. Did I worry that I'd get a scathing email from Maggie asking me, WHAT THE F&%K!?" Of course. Still there was nothing I could do. Thank God - so far - my computer is back to its mediocre self and I can update the tens of you on my life.
So - here are the Chocolate Chip Lava Cookies from Jim's b-day. They look like little muffins but inside. OH MY GOD! Inside is an amazing surprise of goopy, runny, deeeelicious chocolate! Topped with a bit of vanilla - I'm telling you it is scrumptious! My new fave! As you can see (if you can get past the fact that he looks a little devilish) Jim was very excited about his dessert! Look at his hands...he's rubbing them together in anticipation. (Oh, and his dinner was fabulous too!)
K - and that's all I've got. It's been a looooong week (My first full week at work since before X-mas). I'm happy it's Friday but completely bummed that Diane isn't going to be at work! It's a bunch of hooey! I miss her when she's not there (I miss all my ladies when they aren't there) and it's extra sucky because she's going to miss movie day and we're watching Seven Pounds in LA. Oh well. LOVES YOU DIANE! We'll get your shirt for you today!
