What The Hell Day Is It?

Not that I'm complaining but I can't keep track of the days. Really, the only reason I know that it's Wednesday is because I have a doctor's appointment today. It's a follow-up appointment with the fertility specialist and I don't really know what's going to happen. I think he'll probably just go over my CCCT (ovarian reserve test) and since it showed everything to be normal, he'll tell me what plan of action he wants to take in the event that I get preggers. He may also have the results of Jim's chromosome test and go over that. I'm not expecting anything more. I don't know that he'll be putting me on the blood thinners if I conceive - he didn't seem to hip to that but I don't know what else there is for me...I've tried most everything else. I could steal a baby. Trip and Susan better watch out.

So after that, I will most likely come back home and lay out, if it's nice. Jim finally found my Cobra (misting toy that keeps me cool while I bake in the hot sun - it's the pink thing in the picture though mine is green) so I won't totally die if I'm out in this crazy 90-degree heat.

On the subject of work: We had our meeting yesterday about our contract and things went much better than I expected. The only thing that was "major" (and it's really kind of minor) was that our insurance premium went up slightly (about$ 6 per month for family plan) and co-pays went up. We used to have a $5 copay (which is really unheard of) and it went up to $15. I guess I shouldn't complain about that since I've heard of people having $50 co pays. That's crazy!

In regards to me doing work, I've actually typed up 7 chapters from the U.S. History book that I'm using next year. See, we don't have text books for this class and it's easier for the kids if I take the chapter, outline it on a PowerPoint and present it to them in this manner. I can then customize the info so that it's more on their level. I've started 2 of the PowerPoints so far which is fine. This time last year, I probably had 5 PowerPoints totally complete by now. Oh well, who cares. As long as I have something for the first week.

Also, I'm re-reading the 7th Harry Potter. I've been meaning to do this and I finished the last book (Love the One You're With). I'm waiting for Maggie to finish the book she's currently reading so she can then read Twilight and then we can read the 2nd book in the Twilight series at the same time. I hope she likes it.

K - that's about it. Not much exciting going on. Later.

I guess that's not too bad, although I will miss the $5 co pays!
