Late Night Wake-Ups

Scout is certainly feeling better but I think his clock is a bit out of whack especially after being all drugged up yesterday (unnecessarily). He got up around 12:30 last night, tail wagging, licking my face, wanting to cuddle. Jim eventually got up to see if he wanted out and though he did go, I don't think that was the issue. I think his natural clock is just all messed up. When the alarm finally went off this morning he was up and at 'em, rarin' to go outside but then he didn't eat and he's currently under the guest bed snoozing. He didn't even come down for his morning stick. Boo's so sick of him feeling/acting like this. He wants his playful and kooky brother back. 

Last night after dinner, I was on the couch watching The Wheel when my head started pounding. It was horrible. Just behind my right eye. I tried to wait it out but it was so painful I ended up taking some ibuprofen and going to bed to lay down. Eventually I went to sleep (before 7:30) and I woke up at 9:30, Jim next to me asleep and my headache gone. I've been getting these headache's periodically lately and it SUCKS! I think it's just stress. Today when I did my morning yoga, my "intention" was to relax and try to get through my day without ending they way I did last night. 

Dinner: I'm going to do tuna salad, corn on the cob and baked beans. I'm currently hard boiling my eggs so I won't have to do that when I get home tonight. I'm hoping the heat breaks by the time I get home today so I can take Scout on a normal walk. 

So there's this woman who I follow on Instagram - she's one of the yoga teachers I got to on Youtube - and I was watching her latest "story" this morning all about her hair and her hair routine. Let me backtrack and tell you that she's English which should explain a lot. Anyway, in her story she said that she only washes her hair once (ONCE!!!) a week. I mean, what the fuck!? I get washing every other day...maybe, MAYBE even every other other day but ONE TIME IN SEVEN DAYS!? That's nuts. I mean, A) What must her head smell like!? B) my head would be dripping grease! C) What must her head smell like!? Ugh! It's just so, sorry if this is you, disgusting! It's unhygienic! It's gross! Just wash your fucking hair! And I'll tell you, looking at some of her stories on IG, you can tell when it's the last days of her week. Ugh! 

Okay well, now that I've got that off my chest, I'll go finish my toilette which includes brushing through my CLEAN, squeaky clean hair! Happy Wednesday! Later!
