Our time was spent in the following ways: Friday we just hung out, I made dinner and we watched a Game of Thrones episode. Saturday was a lot rainier than they said it was going to be and while I walked Scout we got drenched. I mean, it was raining so hard at one point that I couldn't see for all the rain in my eyes. Jim even called to see if I needed a ride but Scout and I were fine. A little rain never hurt anyone.
After that, Jim and I headed out to Home Depot then Lowes to get new shower fixtures. From there we headed to BB&B for a new shower curtain and then it was time for lunch (Condado tacos). Once home, Doug and Lauren came over and we played some cards. I didn't end up making dinner because we weren't hungry although Jim did have a bowl of cereal.
Sunday Jim and I went to Shooters and then just came home and watched TV. Dinner was ribs, cole slaw and green beans.
Yesterday Pat worked so we got out of his hair for a bit and went to lunch at Miami Trailyard. When we got home, we headed to D&L's for some cards then we took a break, I did some dinner prep and we all reconvened in our driveway for more cards. (I won all the games of hearts this weekend!) Dinner last night was mahi mahi with yellow rice and broccoli.
Pat has about 1/2 the shower tiled. I'd imagine they'll finish that today and install the linen and pantry doors. I'll be happy to have my shower back but I'd imagine that might not happen until at least the weekend. They'll still need to put the bullnose up and then grout and let that dry.
Dinner tonight is a chicken Thai dish...I found the recipe in my recipe book and it looked good so there you go.
Okay well, I need to get a move on. Should be an easy, short week although I have an IEP on Friday.
