NYE

New Year's Eve...it's never been a night when Jim and I wanted to go out. I prefer to stay home and celebrate (knowing I can never stay up to ring in the new year) with cards and dinner and a nice fire. We'll see what happens this year. The neighbors talked about going out but with this nasty, rainy weather, it's making me rethink my "maybe"...switch it to an "nope". If we did go out, my requirement would be an early drink and in the neighborhood. Plus, Jim's working today so he'll be all tired but again, we'll see.

In weekend news, we went out to dinner Saturday to Tela and it was delicious! I had one of the best beers I've ever had! It was from Fretboard (local brewery) and called Drummer Boy. It tasted like Christmas in a glass! We even went to Fretboard after dinner but they were already out of the beer on tap so that's a bummer. Guess I'll have to remember for next year!

My plans today: I'll be hanging with my pups, doing some yoga, I think and then deciding what to do for tonight. I really don't want to go out on a night like this! The rain isn't supposed to stop until around 8:00 pm.

Here's my take on Marvin Lewis: Beat it! With everyone saying that (since last year and before) why would you want to stay!? Just makes no sense. Mike Brown is a fool!
