I'm up and at 'em but need to get out the door so I can bike, grocery shop, shower and do a bit of work before Maggie and Eva arrive. They'll be here around 1 o'clock...woot. Eva has a gymnastics camp this morning and then they'll hit the road. Looks like the weather should be pretty good today with pop up storms possible after three.
Yesterday I managed to get all my IEPs sent to teachers which will be a huge time saver for my workday. I need to check and tweak schedules today as well. The counselors are slowly getting things straight but of course the one counselor who is typically a bit of a slacker has yet to touch his. I'm sure he's very busy hanging with all the other men in the building...his typical M.O. Seriously, every time I'm looking for this guy at school I can usually find him chit chatting/wasting time in the hallway with one of the men on staff. Annoying.
I dreamt of puppies all night last night...Maggie's fault. So cute. I took three home in my dream...one mini-lab and two little chihuahua mixes. I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. Just so you know, I will never own that many dogs again. It's a lot...too much! And I'll never own a big dog again. Of course never say never...I've always believed that for me, the pups I have find me so I guess whatever happens, happens.
So the word above "dreamt" is underlined in red as though it's not a word (it is...it's the past tense of "dream") but when I spell check using blogger, it doesn't come up as wrong. That's annoying!
Okay - well, I need to get moving so I can get all my "jobs" complete. Can't believe it's Thursday! UGH! Can't believe this time next week, I'll be in first bell with my kids on the 2nd real day of school. Can't believe I didn't win the Powerball last night!
