Is He Dead!!! Fabulous!!!

I may be bias and all, I mean, he is my brother but Cullen rocked the play last night.  He had the role of Hans Von Bismarck"Dutchy" in Is He Dead  (on the right...with dad chuckling in the background) and I'm telling you, he was THE comedic role - along with his chums Chicago (in red on the left) and O’Shaughnessy (middle).  His accent was hilarious and spot on.  There were even a couple of times where he had to ad lib because he dropped a prop and he played it off as though it were written in the script..didn't know it was a "drop" until he told us after the play.  Everyone else in the play was great too and the story was hilarious.  I always did like Mark Twain.  Victor did a great job during intermission, playing guitar and singing as well.  Those are two really talented guys...I can't wait to see what they do with their lives and I can't wait to see what roles they land in the TX Spring musical Phantom of the Opera!

Here's Cullen again with the character - Marie.  This actress has been in three plays I've seen at St. X...she's really cute.  Oh, and funny thing - I saw a student from Kings there (Lisa - on your caseload...just got accepted to Columbia...her boyfriend was in the play too!). 

So that's it...last night was a great time and I can't wait for Phantom!  K - time to quilt (Maggie's quilt is basted (layers sandwiched) and ready for hand sewing...that should only take me until Eva is born.  Later!
