I want badly to make a pie on this most delicious observance! I'm thinking a chocolate peanut butter one but really, I can't because the number of fat and calories that would be in one bite might send me over the edge! Maybe I'll just have a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and then shove some chocolate in my mouth while I'm chewing and VOILA!!! Craving satisfied. I guess instead of a pie, I'll just make my lemon cheesecake bars. They're low fat/low cal and really really yummy! Plus, it's been a while since I made them and Jim's having a bit of withdrawl! In other news, it looks like another beautiful day. I'm thinking about going to Raeburn but I'll probably just hang here since I'm a bit lazy and have some school shit to work on. From what I'm seeing based on student schedules etc. serveral things are totally screwed up. Lisa's schedule is screwy. Another colleague - let's call him WS or worthless shit - apparently has a study hall with no students scheduled into it. I have several of FW's kids in my study halls which kind of annoys me but they're good kids and really, whatever, why complain? Nothing will change. Lisa - you and I will have to talk later because I have a few questions about students that I can't remember what we decided their schedules should be.
Oh, tomorrow is Immaculata's festival! Jim and I will be heading up to Mt. Adams for our annual gambling fest. Of course we will be heading there with Terri and there will be much beer drinking and money loss I'm sure. Hopefully this year I won't have to sit next to an annoying bitch like last year. It doesn't foster a good church feeling when that happens. Of course neither does losing money but alas, I must remember it's all in the name of fun and charity. Pfft!
Okay - I have to go smack my husband around a bit...try and get him motivated to mow the back yard. He promised. Later.
