Pumpkin Pie Hummus!?

Yep, you read that right! Pumpkin Pie Hummus and it's delicious! I was turned onto this by Anne so while I was Krogering yesterday I remembered, bought it and tried it with a lovely Honeycrisp apple and I'm telling you what! I could have eaten the whole container! So yummy! For a while I was off the pumpkin-flavored everything because I burnt myself out with pumpkin beer and pumpkin bagels etc. But enough time has now passed that I'm back ON! Everything in moderation!

I had one of my recurring dreams again last night: Moving out of an apartment. The part of this dream that I woke up thinking about was that one of the rooms I was cleaning out had a bunch of aquariums in it with baby frogs (hundreds of them all clustered together...it was creepy), roaches (gross) and snakes in it. When I called to Jim to get the F&%K in there and take care of it, he acted like he knew it was in there all the time. Disgusting.

I have a 7:30 IEP meeting this morning...so I need to get a move on because I need to make a few copies, read the thing over and get gas.

Oh, my tomato soup in the Instant pot was delicious last night and bonus! It made enough to freeze some!

I got home yesterday and Scout was acting so weirdly. He kept following me around and jumping up to me and needing hugs and love and when I would bend down to love on him, he'd start shaking like a leaf. I don't know what was up with him. I guess he just needed his momma.
