It was a good day yesterday that started with one of my students brining me cupcakes and ended with Jimmy getting me an ice cream cake. Additionally Lisa got us all lunch (Chipotle) and Diane made brownies. At my IEP meeting, my parents brought me cupcakes as well. Needless to say I have an overabundance of sweets in my house (that I’ve had to hide from Jimmy).
In puppy news: All is well. Boo got in bed to snuggle for the first time last night and it was quite enjoyable. We both fell asleep and I would have stayed that way except Jim came in and ruined everything. He put the boys both to bed in their crate even though I wanted to let them stay in bed with us. He said we could try it soon but it would be better to do on the weekend. Fine...agreed...better idea but still, he ruined my snuggle time!
I think I want to put the tree up this weekend and I’ll be interested to see how the boys do with it. I have a feeling they are NOT going to be the good boys I’ve been experiencing lately when it comes to the ornaments. They are little thieves so I’m worried they’re going to want to take things hanging there in their face. Well, we’ll just have to teach them NOT to be bad little boys!
And that’s about all I’ve got going. Today is early release so shortened bells. Not sure if I have a meeting after school or not...probably. Oh well.
