Cooler Temps On The Way

Currently it's approximately 66 degrees. This time tomorrow, it's supposed to be in the 40s. I'm excited especially since my husband is being a bear about the AC not being on. And the only reason he's bitching is because he's been running around like a chicken with his head cut off, trying to find his steel brush and then bringing in the recycling bins and then cleaning his paint brushes. Of course he's sweating like a fool! And then he bitches because he says he was sweating when he got out of the shower. Well, fool, don't take a 120 degree shower with the door closed. Arg!

Yesterday was fun but I was DONE by the time the game was over. Unfortunately, the neighbor had leftover pulled pork and we couldn't eat until after 6:00. Compound that with the fact that I had to head said pork up and shread it...Done DONE!!! I was finally able to come in around 7:00 and take a bath and go to sleep.

Tonight is the first debate and I'm quite anxious. I've got it set to record but I'm sure I'll probably watch at least the first part. It should prove to be interesting. I expect to see DT start out reserved and then show his true colors but without a cheering/leering audience - who knows if he'll have the fuel to give us the person we've all come to expect when given a platform. It will be very interesting to see if he's got any answers about policy other than his normal ego-filled rhetoric. Without a teleprompter I'm not sure how far he can go. However, we all have been witness to him coming out well so...UGH!

I have an IEP tomorrow morning. No big deal. Other than that, the week will be about showing Romeo and Juliet and preparing for my next read in LA.

And that's all I've got. Time to get a move on. Jim's already gone - he had to get to work early because he has his 6 month dermatology check today down at UC. Fingers crossed. Happy Monday. Later!
