Sunday Conundrum

Ugh...not sure where to go on this one.  You see - I'm a die-hard Cowboy HATER (sorry Lisa's husband John...I know this is your team) but alas, Jon Kitna is third string for the team. And since Tony Romo is out...he's backup quarterback for today's game. And there lies the problem. See, Kitna was, at one time, a Bengal.  Add to that distinction, he is donating his paycheck to the high school where he works as a math teacher.  So you see, he has 3 things going for him: Former Bengal, teacher, generous.  What to do, what to do?  I have no real feelings about the Eagles...we'll have to see.

In other news - the Christmas tree is coming down today.  I love the lights but get way sick of the "messiness" that I feel my family room turns in to.  I'll keep the lights up around the house until after the new year but need to get this TREE out of my living space. 

Frozen was TERRIFIC!  I loved it and Jim did as well.  We didn't get to sit with Trip, Susan, J.J. and Cullen but that's okay...it was nice to get to see them all the same.  I want to head to the movies next week as well.  I'm thinking either Catching Fire, August Osage County or American Hustle.  I've left the decision up to Jim, however. 

Still loving Breaking Bad.  I think we're half way through the second season.  Lots more to go as it had 6 seasons. I'm trying to binge watch but need to take a break today for the game. 

Chili for dinner tonight.  I'll get that on around half time.

And that's about all I've got.  Best start a fire under Jimmy's ass so we can get the tree down.  I still need to walk Sami but it's raining so I'll have to wait until that moves out.  Cold front moving in...the HIGH today is supposed to be 1 degree in Minneapolis today...that's coming our way...UGH!  Better fill the log box.
