Are You There Friday? It's Me, Muir!

You'd think the week would be going fast considering I was sick and took off Monday.  Problem is - I'm still sick but not taking days off.  Makes the days go by very slowly. UGH!  (BTW - I'm not going to talk about the fact that I don't seem to be getting better...I think we're all tired of hearing about that.)

I made a good meal last night - Pork chops with mushrooms and shallots.  What I could taste of it was delicious.  Jimmy said it was yummy.  A definite make again meal.  I added a bit of cornstarch water mix to thicken the sauce right at the end.

I really have nothing else to discuss...nothing else exciting to mention.  Wish I had a pic of Eva to share with you...unfortunately my sister is not very nice.  In fact, I'd call her selfish. She gets to see her baby girl every day but does she share with the rest of us!?  NO!  Damn her!  We're in a fight now.  The only apology I'll take is pic of my sweet girl...maybe with her Shagoo!

K - I'd best head out.  We get to wear jeans today as long as we pair it with a team in the NCAA bracket.  Lucky for me the Golden Gophers are in it!  YAY!  Otherwise I would have had to wear a team that wasn't playing and risk the wrath of my administration.  K - well I'm out...later!
