Stupid Time Change!

You'd think that springing forward would mean that when the alarm went off I wouldn't be ready to get out of bed. That I'd be exhausted, wishing I could just sleep just one more hour but NOOOOOOO!!! I woke up at 4 AM and laid there until 5 AM even though I was able to stay in bed until 5:20 AM (because of OGTs). So irritated. It pissed me off so much that I said f*%k it! I'm wearing jeans today! I didn't get anything else ready to wear for the week so there you go. I also just got a new pair of jeans and they feel so good that I thought, "I deserve it!" (Michael Kors jeans...they retail normally for $109!!! TJ Maxx had them for $40! Nice!) Not like we even have a formal dress code at work so who cares!

So yesterday, I was going to make chicken fajita pizza for dinner. I wasn't feeling it though so I mentioned going to The Chicken Joint (Silver Spring House) to Jim and that was that! He was psyched and it was delicious. I had a pork chop with a spicy plum sauce (it was yummy) and Jim had the Spring House Chicken (which I tasted and it was yummy too). I'll have to make my chicken fajita pizza tonight since I have chicken out. After dinner we came home, I took a bath and then went downstairs to watch 60 minutes. One of the stories was on Derek, a blind, piano playing savant that they've been following for years. If you haven't seen him, you should Youtube him or something because he is unbelievable!

Oh and in "annoyed" news! I had the greatest video of my little J Bird from Saturday but of course it wouldn't load on my blog. I was able to download it onto my computer but it wouldn't upload onto Blogger. So annoyed.

Yowza are there a lot of good holidays today: Happy Napping Day! Happy Buzzards Day!!! It's the Ides of March as well as True Confessions Day! I'm definitely going to need to celebrate Napping Day later...ugh! Okay I best be off. Traffic is going to suck...later!
