Yup, that's right, it's Maggie's birthday today. Unfortunately, I have no access to a computer (I'm at the library right now) and so can't post a beautiful picture of aforementioned HO!!! What a pity. Oh well...everyone wish Maggie a happy birthday - she's 41!!! She doesn't look a day over 40! Oh, I kid...and really I'm just jealous because half the time, people who first meet us think I'm older. Now that's depressing. Anyway, happy birthday Maggie!!!
In other news, my computer is broken. I'm bummed. I won't get it back until, earliest - Tuesday. Sorry to all my fans out there but the guy at school can't find anything wrong virus-wise so he needs to reinstall XP but since I'm not there today I couldn't bring the discs. He won't be in Monday so...Tuesday it is. Keep your fingers crossed that the reinstall fixes the damn thing. It is pretty old though and I'm expecting to have to make a purchase for a new laptop soon.
The latest at school in regard to illness was 264. That was Wednesday's number of kids absent and it went significantly down on Thursday. I myself was starting to feel Jim's illness yesterday and decided to stay home today to buck up since I'm supposed to watch the J Bird tomorrow night. I'm feeling fine now and aside from a slightly scratchy throat - no biggie.
K - I'm going to head out and go Krogering. Then, I'll head home and lie in front of the fire and read my book. Later and again...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAGGIE!!!
