I don't feel like doing a damn thing today. It's all soggy and leafy today and I don't feel like cleaning or cooking or grocery shopping or anything! And SHIT!!! The high today is only 49. That settles it...I'm doing nothing today. But I must. I need to get my menus together and do a little straightening. Arg! Jim's outside right now blowing all the leaves off the deck. I should tap in to his motivation.So, last night we went to Shooter's - the bar down the street - for a little MegaTouch, beer (Jim had a long island or two) and dinner. It was PACKED!!! It's really the only neighborhood bar that's sort of family-friendly so Friday nights get a bit nutty. I guess they were having a band too. Anyway, we were home by 7:30 and after watching Flash Forward I decided to hit the hay since I was completely exhausted. It must be the weather.
Dinner tonight I believe will be chicken noodle soup. I'll probably do it in the slow cooker. I have a bunch of leftover chicken from the rotisserie I bought the other day and it is definitely a soup day. A nice crusty bread...ummmm...
Oh, and I need to bake some chocolate chip cookies for the guy at school who fixed my computer. Guess I have more to do today than I thought. K - I'm out...later. Sorry I'm boring.
