So, I went to my parents house today to spend some time at the pool (since Dad took Cullen to a movie and Becky was working we didn't get to see the actual parents much), enjoying the good weather (effin finally) even though it was ridiculously hot, while staying cool in the water. The water being a balmy 86 degrees, however. Dad finally decided to turn the heater off! It actually felt good though. Trip and Susan came over too and Trip and I got about 5 games of pool paddle ball in and unfortunately Trip lost 3 out of 5. I will allow a re-match when we go up to PIB here in a week or so. I now have blisters on the bottoms of my big toes from kicking his ass! (Success hurts sometimes I guess)
Came home after that and made marinated cucumbers (mom's recipe), hambugers and potato salad (Becky's recipe) for Jim, Maggie and I. Delicious.
Highlight of the day: Meeting Brutus. Dad, Becky and Cullen have become the brand new parents of a sweet brindle boxer. Talk about cute. I could just die. He is so tiny. I thought he'd be bigger but at 8 weeks, how big could he be? Here are some awesome pictures. So cute!!!
Must go relax now (like I did anything but that all day). Zeke kept me up last night because he is having issues with his ears. Can't wait to sleep.

What a cute dog!!! He's so tiny. I saw a tiny black lab the other day, and it reminded me when Charlie was that small. Awwww!! Then they grow up and take up the whole bed. Oh well! Gotta love 'em!
These pictures don't do him justice either. You would die how cute he is!
