Anyone who has seen me lately has probably been wondering and saying to others "what's up with Muir?" Or maybe their looking at me and raising their eyebrows and thinking to themselves, "Is Muir in some sort of financial crisis?" "Does she need help?" "Is there something Muir isn't telling us?" The answer is no. I am just lazy and my hairstylist suddenly quit her job and was M.I.A. and so my roots are about a foot long. Anyway, not to worry, I will be getting my hair highlighted on Thursday and I will be back to my old, self again. Well, my hair will be. The rest of me isn't going to change and I do apologize for that.
I'm also excited because when Kim (my stylist - if I look like poo, blame her) called to tell me she was around she also told me she had gotten a job very close to where I live. Her previous shop was about 5 minutes away and now this place is about 6. So, yes a little farther but for beauty, I will make the sacrifice. Anyway, the next time you see me, prepare yourselves for a "WOW!" because I am going to look absolutely average.

I was thinking about getting my hair highlighted on Thursday too. I'm in desperate need.
