And...I'm Back

I've just returned from a nice, relaxing few days up in Columbus. It sucked that I didn't get to see Eva but I'm sure I'll be up there again soon. 

Maggie and I really didn't do anything except relax in the pool, hang with Mom a bit, drink cocktails with their neighbors a couple times and go to dinner last night. It was really pretty perfect. 

I did miss my boys a ton and they missed me. When I got home, Scout just kept kissing me and whining. I think he really missed his daily walks more than his momma but he insists that's not the case. Of course since returning from our walk, I haven't seen hide nor hair of him! Turkey.

No real plans today. I'm sure I'll probably had a drink or two with the neighbors if they're around this evening. I'm going to do a stir fry for dinner tonight (flank steak with sugar snap peas). It's a favorite that I haven't made in a long time. 

Tomorrow Jim and I are going to Raeburn. I do believe Anne and Trip will be coming as well. We'll bring lunch and hang for the afternoon. It's supposed to rain in the morning but clear up around 9ish...either way though, it will be fun to hang at the pool.

And that's about all I've got. I just ate lunch and will go get on the elliptical. I was going to ride my bike but my quads are still smarting from the fence building last weekend. Crazy!
