I mean, that's a LOT and by the way, I did all that and was home from my errands by 10:30. I still have two more things I need to get (one for Jimmy and a little gift for the men on x-mas eve) but that shouldn't be too difficult.
Today's plans: I'll exercise here in a bit then walk the boys. I have a hair appointment at 12:30 which is in Beechmont so I might head over there a bit early and get the last items I need at Dicks and DSW. After that, I'll come home and paint the final parts of the kitchen that I didn't get to because the "Boss" wanted me to use a roller rather than a brush (for the pantry door and backside of the lower cabinets). I'll make dinner (I think I'll make some sort of chicken dish because I don't want to have leftovers) and make my grocery list for Christmas Eve (I'll do that shop tomorrow).
So yeah, Jim's so annoying when it comes to doing things around the house. He seems to think I'm some sort of moron who can barely walk without someone holding my hand. And by the way, I've painted these cabinets two other times I'm I'm pretty well-versed in what I'm doing. I swear, he basically told my yesterday before leaving for work how to open the paint can and how to pour paint into my little bucket. And then earlier this morning, I was in the kitchen (cooking his breakfast) and Jim said, "By the way, the paint on the cabinets isn't quite set yet. It's still a little soft. It hasn't cured yet...it's still soft, you know, it hasn't hardened yet." I told him, "Oh, thanks for clarifying that soft means not hard...I wasn't sure."
My bloodwork: Everything was good except my cholesterol is borderline. My triglycerides were good and my HDL (good cholesterol) was good but my LDL was slightly elevated and my total cholesterol was in the borderline range. I'm not sure if my doc will contact me, we'll see. It's interesting though because I really do most things right I think. I get at least 30 minutes of daily exercise (aerobic), I eat a TON of fruits and vegetables; I really only eat red meat, probably, 1 or 2 times a month; I get LOTS of fiber; I've lost weight. I probably eat more eggs than I should but that info changes every 45 seconds so who knows. They say intermittent fasting can help reduce cholesterol so maybe that will help if I continue doing it.
Speaking of which, I did well on the IF yesterday. I didn't eat until 11:00, I had a good regular lunch and then didn't eat again until dinner (which was a WW tuna noodle casserole). I had tea after that and felt fine. I'll do it again tomorrow.
And that's all I've got. Time to ellipticize. Later and happy Tuesday!
