Just Wear A Fucking Mask!

I'm guessing the fact that so many White House personnel DON'T wear masks (Mark Meadows, Jason Miller, Mike Pence, Kayleigh McEnany) is to deflect the real story of trump's illness. I guess they just don't care that they look like total tools, clowns, fools. Are you really okay with taking one for the "team" as the team goes down in flames? I think it's time to jump ship.

trump's reckless behavior for a photo op is something else that we should all, at this point, be used to but just read this tweet from a doctor at Walter Reed Hospital:

That Presidential SUV is not only bulletproof, but hermetically sealed against chemical attack. The risk of COVID19 transmission inside is as high as it gets outside of medical procedures. The irresponsibility is astounding. My thoughts are with the Secret Service forced to play.

The Secret Service who should now be forced to quarantine for 2 weeks. Unbelievable!

So on to more exciting news: PIB was lovely. The weather was lovely; the dogs were great and it was so nice just to relax with Jimmy and the boys. What did we do? We walked the boys a lot. We went out to eat a couple times. The neighbors were there so we had cocktails with them on Friday. Did a little shopping. Just fun. Sad it's the last time up there this year and hopefully the next time I see the place, it will be renovated! Fingers crossed because it is BADLY needed.

The week should be pretty normal. I have an IEP tomorrow at 7:15 (virtual). Shouldn't be a big deal. Other than that, it's just a "normal" week at the Castle (that's what they call our school).

Back to the pups and their experience. On the way up to the Bay, I gave them each a pill to calm them. On the way home, I didn't. I think in the future, Boo does better on a sedative. He just couldn't fully relax and stayed awake, sometimes panting, on the way home. Scout sacked out for 3 of the 4 hours.

While at the Bay Scout was in hog heaven because there were bunnies everywhere. He also came across a cat in some bushes. He was intrigued by the lake, especially Friday when it was really rough. He would stand at the back seawall and just stare with his head cocked a bit. At one point, I took him down close to the lake where he could get on some rocks and close to the water and he was hesitant but not afraid. Boo on the other hand, a little scared. He is so properly named!

Okay well I'd best mosey. I have a ton of grading to do from my absence on Friday. Happy Monday (oh! bathroom reno starts today) stay healthy. Later!
