Annoying Co-worker

And I'm not talking about any of my ladies.  Although recently, FW is falling under this category with the many meetings she mentions every time we get together as a department.  As though she's SO important and is in the know about EVerything.  Well let me tell you, after yesterday and her interpretation (MISinterpretation) of special ed law and procedure , I'm going to call BULLSHIT on her expertise.  But I digress: The annoying coworker is the new sped teacher.  Have I named him?  I can't remember...let's call him...Erving. So, Erving is the most annoying dude I've ever met.  I don't know what his deal is but he is constantly doing shit that grates my nerves.  He won't leave me alone and seems to constantly be searching for approval.  I don't know why that would need to come from me, maybe I'm just the person of the moment but I want to jump under my desk and hide every time he walk into my room.

Yesterday, in our department meeting, we got a stack of new papers that we have to either fill out or give to parents.  Every time FW went over a new form, he'd go, "YES!" or "AWESOME!!!" So weird.  Oh, and he's got wonky eyes...you know the kind...you're talking to a person and suddenly one of their eyes wanders off in a different direction from the other eye and suddenly you don't know which eye to look at so you're constantly going from one eyeball to the other. Erving was speaking yesterday in our meeting and his eyes were doing this and I look over at my fellow colleague sitting next to me, we'll call him Robin (young male for you ladies trying to figure this out), and he turns to me, with crossed eyes and starts talking gobbly-gook.  At which, I busted out laughing.  I cannot sit next to him anymore in meetings...he's such a play baby and he gets me in trouble.  So does Lisa.  I need to sit away from those two from now on.  Bad colleagues!

Lets see...what else?  Nothing exciting.  I'm making new recipes tonight...Jim's choice.  Pork chops with sautéed apples and onions and roasted butternut squash with parmesan.  I've never done butternut squash before so lets hope I don't eff it up.

I've got an IEP this morning. Originally it was set at 8:00 but we have an 8:20 fire drill so I've asked the parent to come in at 8:30 instead.  I'm hoping this works out otherwise I'll be starting and stopping my meeting in the middle...pain in my ass.

Okay - I'm out...happy Thursday...one more day!  Later!
