And It Continues

I don't know what it is about me lately that screams: ANNOY ME!!!  I'm pretty sure in the past I gave off a vibe of LEAVE ME THE F&%K ALONE!!!  For some reason, however, Erving is just not picking up what I'm putting down!  He continually seeks me out to get approval on quizzes and tests he's modifying. Granted I blew him shit for NOT doing this right before (for not doing it at all) but at this point we're done...figure it out.  You're an adult.  I've given you examples...shared files with you...spelled it out for you.  I don't want you stopping in my class anymore to disrupt my teaching or my lunch.  I don't want 3 phone calls - in a row - and then an email saying the same thing you just said on the phone.  Does my face scream welcome!?  Because I've worked really hard at looking unapproachable!  (Really I haven't worked hard...I just have that face...it's how I look.) ARG!  If we could play a drinking game at work where you drink every time Erving calls me, emails me or shows up unannounced (scaring the shit out of me, almost popping out from around corners), I'd be drunk as shit!

You know...maybe I'm really stupid here.  Maybe this is all a calculated lesson that Erving is teaching me. The lesson being: If you tell me I'm doing something wrong, I'll be on you like white on rice so that you'll never chafe my ass again.  Well, Erving!  Lesson learned.

In other news - it's raining.  I mean, we needed rain but I need to mow my lawn!!!  My backyard is going to be soaked.  UGH!  I'll have to do it regardless tomorrow!  Or Sunday morning.

Speaking of tomorrow...excited for a party Jim and I are going to.  A friend's boyfriend is going to remodel his house and they are throwing a "before renovation" party.  I wonder if we'll be drawing on walls or kicking holes in the wall.  Hmm...

Oh, my dinner last night (Pork chops sautéed with apples and onions; roasted butternut squash with parmesan):  Jim said when eating, "This is fall on a plate." It wasn't bad.  The pork chops had a lot of flavor as did the butternut squash but the squash was a little mushy for my taste.

K - well I best mosey and finish getting ready.  I'm so happy it's Friday and Jim is too.  He's about worn out from having to get up at 4:15 in the morning.  I told him earlier, "This time tomorrow we'll be asleep!"
