Topic: Should the SPCA put animals to sleep?
"In my opinion I do not think the SPCA should put animals to sleep. It is a bad idea to put the animals to sleep the animals should not be put to sleep instead they need to be awake. Finally it would put the SPCA in a lot of trouble if the animals were sleeping."
I'm doing such a good job teaching, don't you think?
On another hilarious note, today I received my first "Christmas Note" from a student. This is a student in the MH (multi-handicap) unit. We'll call her..."Snagglepuss" (her parents had braces put on her 3 times and 3 times she pulled them off! Needless to say her teeth are a complete disaster...every one of them is broken and "fangy-looking" - Heavens to Murgatroid!) To preface: The MH unit has a coffee delivery service that teachers can sign up for, Monday-Friday during 1st or 2nd period. I get coffee on Mondays and Tuesdays. So today, Snagglepus brought my coffee and handed me a Christmas Note that said:I wish you Christmas day
Because I love you very much
You are my favorite to me
You are my best to me
You all was be in my heart to me
You are be in my life to me
I love you very much.
Does it get any better than that?

That is awesome snaggle!
I have gotten the exact same note! More than once, so don't be surprised when you get multiple ones too! Hee, hee. I think it means she likes you!
Is English her first language?
Half the stuff she says is jibberish and she sounds a bit like she has cotton stuffed in her mouth...I don't know if it's because she has IQ issues or her teeth interfere with her speech. She's a riot though and you should see her pants - she wears them up to her armpits.
