Well, it is day 3 (not counting the weekend) of my vacation and I know many of you - okay, all of you - are wondering if I accomplished all I had planned yesterday. And the answer is...(drum roll) NO!!! I was able to finish my virtual course (with a final grade of 96% - thank you Lisa), I sort of wrote an IEP (I'll clarify that in a minute); I went to the library and got a new book on CD - 14 hours worth of goodness by Faye Kellerman called "Straight into Darkness" (about a 1920s murder in Munich in which the investigator is directed to blame the killing on jews - with a supposed appearance of Adolf Hitler and his brownshirts - oooh!), but I was not able to walk two miles (because I'm lazy and it was cold). Some things I did that I hadn't planned: Helped Maggie with her resume (actually, I kind of didn't do crap - I just listened to her reword things and said, "Yeah, that sounds good". Sorry Maggie), took a bath, and made a delicious dinner. Jim wanted pork and sauerkraut (our New Year's Day dinner) which is an all day thing.
So, I know you all are wanting an explanation for the IEP thing and here it is: I was able to get the following pages on all my IEP's complete: testing, signature, special factors and most of the transition pages. I am having trouble trying to write goals for kids going to the Career Center which is why I didn't complete the one I was working on yesterday. I was able to complete the present levels of performance but am clueless otherwise. Which, is a problem because my first 3 IEP's are all for kids going to the WCCC. I'll keep working on them today. AND...I emailed the sped lady at the WCCC for a listing of all the programs our kids would be going into but I'm thinking she's on spring break too because I got no response. Stink!!! (Lisa - I will probably be bugging you later.)
So today I will be sitting here at my laptop all day writing IEP's. Dinner tonight is Pacific Rim Chicken Burgers with broccoli salad and maybe some french fries. Yum! Tomorrow I'm going to roast a chicken and my leftovers from that will go into my meal Thursday of herb spaghetti. Delicious. No wonder I'm a fatty! K, later.

You did not just call yourself a fatty, PUHLEEEZ! The career center was on spring break last week, so I say you keep bugging her. I am getting ready to go to the dentist soon, I am sad
Listen here, the person I know who is definitely NOT a fatty, it's okay to be lazy for a few days. It's our spring break (I just typed bread), and we definitely deserve some rest. The next 6 weeks are going to be crazy (I just typed carzy) as hell, so live it up, skinny!!! Feel free to call any time. We'll probably be in and out this afternoon, but you can call and I'll call you back. I won't be around Wednesday or Thursday, so call me today if you need to. If I can do anything to help, let me know. Later!
Well I am still working on my resume, and it sucks and I am a huge prograstinator(sp). Is it too much to ask the gods of resumes to just do it for me or at least give me divine inspiration?
