Yesterday on the way home, I was contemplating dinner (should we have leftovers or should I try to find something at the store?). I decided, hey! Fried chicken! I had heard that it is surprisingly delicious and I knew Jim would be psyched (Jimmy loves him some fried chicken). So I got some chicken and potatoes and opened a can of green beans and WOW! Yummy! Delicious! Who knew? Well apparently a lot of people because it goes like hotcakes. While I was there, they had just fried up a whole huge batch and by the time I got my order, nearly all of it was gone. And that's the norm from what the workers were saying. Highly recommended! Will do that again.
Tonight: Leftovers!
School: Going well. I'm catching up with my work but my big worry now is if I'll be able to finish the novel we're reading by the time exams roll around. I told the kids we were going to read like the wind for the next several school days so prepare themselves.
Jimmy: Nothing new on the health front. We're stuck in limbo until next Wednesday. He managed to sleep through the night last night, however. YAY!
