Sorry - Pork Chops and Sauerkraut Had Me Occupado!

I don't have time to post (well, except for this little bit) because I was getting my pork chops and sauerkraut ready for the crock pot...yum.  Should be delicious tonight with my cheesy potato casserole!!!  (Hopefully, that cartoon won't ring true for me later tonight!)
