Parasites In My EYE!!!

At least that's what was happening in my dream last night. It was so crazy. Apparently I had gone to the doctor for a whole other reason. He sent me to radiology at UC. As I was being wheeled through that department, I saw Becky and said, "Hey!" She then took me - without permission - from the doctor who was supposed to be delivering me to radiology - and "worked me up".

After she had finished all my "scans" (and by the way, I don't know much about radiology...this shit just popped out of my head into my dreamworld so if it's wrong...hey! I'm not a doctor!) Becky read my chart and saw that someone thought I had parasites in my eyes. She was all: "That's crap! I've had those and you don't have any of the symptoms." I said, "You've had them!?" She: "Yeah. One latched onto me once, sucked a bit of my blood and then took off." Me: "You don't think I have them though?" Becky: "No but hey, I have a surefire way of getting rid of them!"...and she pulls out a big old pack of Orange Bubbalicious bubble gum. Pops a piece in her mouth. Gives me a piece to pop in my mouth and we chew chew chew. Then, she takes the piece out of her mouth, lays it down and sticks her hand out in front of my mouth. I spit my gum into her hand and she takes the wad and sticks it on my eyeball. About 30 seconds later, she pulls it slowly off and lo and behold, a tiny, squirming, nearly invisible wormy thingy is attached. It was gross. I got totally skeeved out. And then I woke up...just as she was about to stick the second piece on my eyeball. Ugh!!! What the hell is wrong with me!?

Okay so I've not got a whole lot happening. No good holidays today. Nothing exciting. So...I guess I'll head out. Later!
