Go Reds!!!It's a bit cloudy and there's the possibility for a spot of rain late in the game but who cares...it's breezy and going to be in the 60s. I'm just glad I'm not going to sweat my arse off! I am feeling a bit oogie...hope it goes a way.
In other news, yesterday was nice. Food was great. There was ham, Becky's potato salad, Neely's Asparagus casserole, I made Mom's under the sea salad, Anne did cucumbers in vinegar, deviled eggs (ala Dan...deeeeelicious) and Maggie made a marvelous carrot cake...twice. Well she had to make 1 1/2 cakes. Of the two round pans from the first batch, one ended up face down on the floor. The family blames Kristyn! Even though she's in Australia...somehow, I'm sure she did it! Dad, especially was throwing her under the bus. You can run, Kristyn, but you can't hide. Anyway, Maggie and I made a 1/2 batch to replace the cake and it was amazing. I could have eaten the icing by itself...in fact, while we iced the cake, I kind of did.
Well, that's about all I've got. I need to leave here at 9:30 to get to Trip's at 10:30 so we can get to the game by first pitch (1:10). Willie Cunningham is throwing it and I wouldn't mind missing that...I hate him. GO REDLEGS!!!
