So, today is going to be a lazy day. I've already cleaned my house and gone to the grocery. All I really need to do is finish laundry. It is beautiful, however, so maybe I'll find something to do outside. Or, maybe I'll take a blanket and my book out on my deck and hang there. Tonight though, Jim and I will be going to a dinner party. It's been about a year since we made it to one - Jim and I missed one and then all of the "members" got a little off track what with life and such. Should be an interesting one tonight. I don't want to drink too much because #1 I hate that feeling and #2 School starts Monday and I want to be somewhat "fresh" for that.
Speaking of school, it is my theory that when we get there on Monday it will be the beginning of "the big screw" by the admin. What do I mean by this? Well, I think that in our mailboxes will be teacher assignments for next year. In other words, I think that HH (head honcho) will have figured out the schedule (I know, this isn't likely, he is somewhat of a moron; it's just a theory) and decided that I'm going to teach 100 co-teaching classes - or something else that I've specifically said I didn't want to do. He, of course, will also screw all the other teachers that he doesn't have poking around in his ass and thus will begin several months of Muir whining and moaning on her blog! Now, I know none of us want that so it would be in your best interest to cross your fingers or pray or do whatever hoodoo you do to ensure a good outcome here.
Ugh! Okay, I'm going to go guzzle coffee and read. Later. Bitches.

That would BEGIN the whining and moaning, what do you do now? He he he.
I love the bookcase! I'm not sure how to do hoodoo, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for your assignment
I love the bookcase too. It seems made for that spot.
As far as "the big screw" at school, I think there will be a lot of whining and moaning going on because we know we're going to get screwed somehow some way. I think it's his and NG's mission. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I never do that, so that can't be it. :-)
