Delicious Dreams

Okay, I must preface with an apology to Jim because he was NOT the delicious dude in my dream last night. In fact, I don't know who the guy was. I guess my mind just made him up. I think I may have to go into the business of creating man - move over God - because if the specimen in my unconscious mind was any clue as to the talent I would have in that area, who knows what I could do while awake and alert. Of course if I did go into that business, I may end up keeping all of my creations. And would they then be "Children of Muir" like we are "children of God"? Because that may be a little incestuous.

Anyway, my dream: So my car broke down and it just so happened to be the first car I "owned" - a Datsun 200sx. I loved that car and I think Maggie would agree as she was the "first" owner until she went off to college (actually, Becky was the first owner). I was in this dark parking lot and along comes this guy who at first I thought was going to be a thug. He came over, asked if I needed any help - I said yes - and he proceeded to fix my car. With a popping of the hood and a flick of the wrist, my car started like a dream. So I gave the guy a lift home. Now, I can't do justice to his looks but just imagine a well-built guy., rugged really, with long (yes long) auburn hair and brilliant green eyes. (I'm a sucker for long hair.) The best thing? He was Irish! Oh, the accent - it melted me.

So I took him home (Jim wasn't a part of my life - I wasn't married or anything, I was free and single) and he invited me in. He told me he had to go upstairs to take care of something and since I had to use the bathroom, I followed him up. He went into a bedroom and I went to the bathroom. When I came out, he was still in the room with the door cracked and the light off. I could hear him whispering and then I realized he was saying goodnight to someone. It ended up being his little girl and little boy.

So all I remember from this point is that we stayed up all night and talked and decided then and there that we wanted to be together forever. (I still had to meet his kids but they ended up loving me). I'm so gay! It gets gayer though. I remember too that I just kept hugging him and he was so much taller than me and his hugs were so comforting and I loved him and he had a really good body and he wasn't wearing a shirt. See how gay I am. I loved that dream though. I want to go back to sleep and see him. I don't remember his name. I wonder if I even gave him a name. I just wish I could go back into my dream and hug my sweet little Irish, long-haired, green-eyed shirtless wonder. Deeeelicious! Slurp!
