Oh For Pete's Sake!!!

It's "For Pete's Sake Day"!!! (Who's Pete?) I do believe I will be saying this quite often today. For example, "Mrs. H? What are we doing today?" Me: "Oh, for Pete's sake! Leave me alone." Or: "Mrs. H? Why am I failing your class and all my classes?" Me: "Oh, for Pete's sake! Leave me alone." Or how about: "Mrs. H? Can I use the restroom?" Me: "Oh, for Pete's sake! I said!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

So, I have a dentist appointment today after school. I'll have to skate a few minutes before school lets out to beat the Friday rush. Thankfully my dentist moved his office and it's now in Kenwood, a much shorter drive than before. Do you know that in the world of "time between dentist appointments" time flies? Seriously! I feel like I was just there but in reality, last time I was there I was brown as brown can be and wearing shorts. Funny. Well, not really funny but you know...I don't have anything else going on so in my life right now, that's "funny"...for Pete's sake.

Well, I don't have much else to talk about. Today will be an easy day, the West Wing in social studies and just some wrap-up stuff in language arts. And then...THE WEEKEND!!! Next week will suck because it will be the first full week I've worked in about 4 weeks...for Pete's sake!!! Crazy. K - I'm out. Later.
