So, remember the neighbor of mine that claimed a man tried to entice her into his car? Well, she's a liar. She's now saying that it was all a "misunderstanding". Come on!!! Are you kidding me? What kind of 12-year old mind thinks of doing something like that? For real! You must be REALLY hungry for attention that you have to come up with something as elaborate as that. By the way, her parents are NEVER home!!!
