This Week's Menu

This being Saturday, I have a new menu so here it is:

Saturday: Chicken Stir Fry, Salad and bread

Sunday: Beef Stroganoff, Broccoli and bread

Monday: Penne Pasta with Vodka Cream sauce, Salad, bread;

Tuesday: Tuna casserole, Bread, Salad

Wednesday: Chicken terryaki, wild rice and brussel sprouts

Thursday: BLT's, baked beans and chips

Friday: Leftovers - possibly.

Nothing too exciting. I'm trying to use stuff I have available in my cupboards etc. because I wanted to spend less this week at the grocery.

I know I haven't given any new recipes lately but I'll probably post my pasta with vodka cream sauce. It's deeelicious.

Maggie is coming over tonight to hang out but right now, Bubba is giving me flack because, he wants a GD chewy. (Yes, he cusses like you wouldn't believe. It's embarrassing around company.)
