And...we're home

We had such a good time in PIB this weekend.  The weather was amazing...each day - there wasn't a cloud to be found.  Each sunset was beautiful and the water was perfect.  Additionally we got to spend some time with Aunt Muir and Uncle Stan (hadn't seen them all year).  Eva was her usual sweet self too.  Mike (neighbor) and his son (Chris) and grandson (Gabe) were up...Eva loves her some Gabe!  And he's so sweet to her.  It was very sad to leave but I'm hoping for an October weekend as well...we'll see.

In other news - fellow Sirius car drivers - we have a free 2 weeks starting today.  YAY!

Oh, and damn Reds!  What are they trying to do to me?!

So today starts week two for school.  At least I have an idea of what I'm doing. I'll start a novel next week - after Labor Day.  Speaking of which, I won't have a full week at school until the week of the 9th!  YAY! 

And speaking of Labor Day - Jim and I will be headed up to Maggie's on Saturday...just a quick jaunt.  Jim hasn't seen their pool and the weather should (as of now) be nice.  Our neighbors said they'd let the dogs in and out and pill Bubba up...I figure they'll be okay for the day - right?! 

So just saw the Farmer's Almanac predicts a "piercing cold winter".  I think a trip to Punta Cana may definitely be a must!!!
